This television series portrays a futuristic society where citizens are only allowed to live until age 30. Logan is a Sandman (police assassin) who is 26 years old; he decides to try to escape to freedom and a mythical place called 'Sanctuary.' He is pursued by his former friend, another Sandman, who attempts to terminate him.
Dan Tanna is a private investigator in the gambling town of Las Vegas, Nevada. Las Vegas can be seedy or glamorous, depending upon the point of view. This show is also notable for perhaps the only known portrayal of a house with a "drive-in" living room.
James West and Artemus Gordon are two agents of President Grant who take their splendidly appointed private train through the west to fight evil. Half science fiction and half western, the Artemus designs a series of interesting gadgets for James that would make Inspector Gadget proud.
A scientific expedition in the Atlantic Ocean becomes lost in the Bermuda Triangle and washes up on an uncharted island. They meet up with travelers from other times, planets and dimensions who have also become trapped, and together they "slide" through portals from one dimension to the next hoping to find the one that leads home.
