In order to make ice cream with liquid nitrogen (LN2) at Penguicon, we first dispense some liquid nitrogen from a dewar into a bowl. This video also shows us scooping some out with styrofoam cups, discussing LN2 ice cream flavorings, and waving a towel that has been dipped in LN2. At Penguicon 4 in 2006, we gathered to sup the coffee sacrament and say in unison, "God, I needed that!" Here is the processional of the barista and acolytes as we begin to worship the holy bean. They are chanting "coffea arabica". This part of the ritual is homage to a scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
