The FCC held a hearing on Network Neutrality at Stanford University, 4/17/08. Here is testimony from Robb Topolski revealing how he found out Comcast was using forged TCP Reset packets to shut down Gnutella transmissions of his barbershop quartet files.

During the FCC Net Neutrality hearing at Stanford on 4/18/08, Comcast's practice of using TCP Reset packets to terminate Peer-to-Peer sessions resulted in a debate over just how common this practice is. Participating are George Ou, Robb Topolski and John Peha.
